As a highly compliant global B2B cross-border trade platform, we firmly maintain the international Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) order. We adopt a "zero-tolerance" policy towards any behavior involving counterfeit registered trademarks, infringement of design patents, copyright piracy, and unauthorized sale of branded goods. This policy aims to protect the legitimate rights and interests of global brand owners, innovative enterprises, and legitimate buyers.
The platform prohibits any registered seller from listing, displaying, promoting, or selling products that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. For all products involving internationally renowned brands or derivatives of famous IP characters, sellers must submit an official "Brand Authorization Letter" signed by the rights holder, a sales agency agreement, or compliant source-tracing customs clearance documents before sales permissions are granted. Any products attempting to bypass the review process through "gray area" (edge-ball) copy or blurred logos will be immediately delisted by risk control.
If you are the legal owner or authorized representative of a trademark, patent, or copyright, and discover that certain supplier products on this platform infringe upon your legitimate rights, you can directly initiate the platform's fast-track delisting complaint mechanism. You are required to submit your identity proof, compliant and legal Intellectual Property registration certificates (such as certificates issued by the National Trademark Office), as well as links to the alleged infringing products and comparative evidence. The platform's compliance and legal team will handle the delisting promptly upon receipt of complete materials.
We also strictly protect the intellectual property rights on the buyer's side. When a buyer provides exclusive design drawings or non-standard product mold-opening schemes to a factory for OEM or ODM processing, the ownership and intellectual property rights of such designs strictly belong to the buyer. The platform strictly prohibits any supplier from privately retaining molds, unauthorized capacity expansion, or reselling to other buyers without the buyer's written authorization. Once verified, the platform will take top-level legal measures to protect rights.
